Yes. Mixed containers are possible when the selected materials, quantities, dimensions and packing requirements can be combined safely. The final mix is confirmed before quotation.

We work with buyers in markets including the USA, Australia, Italy, Russia, the UAE, Thailand and Poland, as well as other destinations across Europe and the Middle East. Documentation and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each destination.

Yes. Physical samples can be arranged for shortlisted materials, subject to availability and confirmed sample-shipping terms.

Yes, our team coordinates export documentation, packaging and dispatch details for confirmed orders.

Payment on loading and CAD terms are available. The payment method, documents and due dates for a specific order are confirmed in the quotation and order documentation.

Timelines depend on current material availability, processing, finish, packing and the delivery arrangement selected by the client. We confirm the working schedule before the order proceeds.

Custom finishes are possible and may include polished, honed, leathered, lapato, sandblasted, shot-blasted or dual finishes. Cut-to-size orders are not currently available.

Our team personally inspects the material and coordinates visual and dimensional checks with the client. The reporting method and approval points are agreed for the order.

Material can be packed in standard wood or palm-wood crates with plastic protection and fumigation as required. Containers are insured, with final packing and insurance details confirmed in the order documentation.
